24-Hour Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the product has not been shipped.

To cancel your order within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at contact@al-saharan.com with your order number.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our luxury Arabic perfumes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.

Important: Products Must Be Sealed for Refund Approval

All refunds require the product to be completely sealed and unopened. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or unsealed perfume bottles due to hygiene and quality standards.

Return Conditions:

  • The perfume bottle MUST be sealed and unopened
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging
  • All original tags, boxes, and documentation must be included
  • Products must be in resalable condition

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at contact@al-saharan.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the sealed item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is sealed and meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Opened or unsealed products cannot be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your sealed perfume for a different fragrance, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process. The product must remain sealed for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, even if the seal is broken due to shipping damage.
